Player Evaluations are *MANDATORY* for all age groups listed below. 

If you are requesting to have your player play up or down, they will be required to participate in
Player Evaluations for both their actual division and the division they are requesting to move to.

Due to limited space, we ask only one adult/parent attend Player Evaluations with your player and please refrain
from bringing siblings/non-registered players to evaluations if at all possible. 
Parents/Adults will be able to view the Player Evaluations from the hallway viewing area but
will not be permitted to enter the evaluation room.

When you enter the building make a RIGHT down the first hallway. Greeters will instruct you where to go to check in for evaluations.

Please make sure your player brings the following items with them to Player Evaluations:

1. Wear comfortable clothes 

2. Players should wear gym shoes or turf shoes - NO CLEATS!!

*Note: Players who arrive without proper shoes will be turned away as the facility does not allow cleats on the turf*

3. Completed Medical Form: Click Here - Do Not Email this form! Bring the completed copy with you! If you forget you will need to complete a medical form at check in before your player can participate. 

4. Baseball mitt

5. Baseball helmet (we will have some available if your player does not have his/her own helmet)

6. Bottled water/drink 
Note: There is no food allowed in the facility. Please make sure your player eats prior to arriving.

We make every effort to move through Player Evaluations in a time efficient manner. However, you should expect to be at the facility between 60-90 minutes from the time of check in. This is just an estimate and depending on the age group size it may be more/less time.
